Terms of service
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and are confirmed at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for it.
Payment
Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to the courier on delivery. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once the transfer has been verified.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
